FIELD: devices for neutralization of toxic materials. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has tubular chamber with grinding bodies, branch pipe for loading material and neutralizer and unloading branch pipe; tubular chamber is divided into two compartments by perforated diaphragm; grinding bodies are made in form of balls or cylinders; ratio of internal diameter of tubular chamber to its length ranges from 0.15 to 0.25; ratio of lengths of chamber compartments ranges from 1:1 to 1:2; ball charge in first compartment lies between 0.32 and 0.35 of its volume at diameter of each ball ranging from 0.015 to 0.05 of internal diameter of chamber; ball charge in second compartment lies between 0.25 and 0.35 of its volume; diameter of balls or average diameter of cylinders ranges from 0.01 to 0.03 of internal diameter of chamber.
