FIELD: polymers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of preparing high-strength thermostable fire-resistant composition materials glass and coal-plastics based on polymeric binding agent. Invention describes polymeric binding agent for composition materials oligomer prepared by interaction of aromatic tetracarboxylic acid tetranitrile and aromatic bis-o-cyanamine being oligomer is prepared at temperature 170-180 C. As aromatic tetracarboxylic acid tetranitrile 4,4'-(m-phenylenedioxy)-diphthalonitrile is used and 3,3'-dicyano-4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane is used as bis-o-cyanamine with additional addition of 1,2-bis-(cyanoethyl)-carborane in the following ratio of components, mas. p. p.: 3,3'-dicyano-4,4'- diaminodiphenylmethane, 40.7; 4,4'-(m-phenylenedioxy)-diphthalonitrile, 53.3-59.3; 1,2-bis-(cyanoethyl)-carborane, 10-30. Invention describes also high-strength composition materials containing indicated binding agent and fiber glass or coal-fibrous filling agent. Invention allows to obtain powder-like binding agent and fiber glass and coal-plastics based on thereof also that retain these indices in short and prolonged effect by temperature 400 C at the level 80% of the parent value, not less. Proposed materials can be used in making article of aviation technique compressor vanes, fire- protective screens, heat-insulating layings, air intakes and so on.
