FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying occluding device to adducting cerebral artery with blood circulation in the artery being retained due to occluding device branches being kept apart all the time and due to flexible balloon attached to one of branches at its medial side being deflated. Hemorrhage occurring, blood vessel occlusion is carried out by increasing the balloon volume and pressing in this way the blood vessel against the opposite branch in manipulating with the occluding device outside of the bleeding surgical wound. EFFECT: maintained required blood supply to the brain via the feeding blood vessel feeding aneurysm or malformation; reduced risk of traumatic complications. 2 dwg
