FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves supplying hemostatic agent to the vascular rupture place in performing intracranial operation on the occasion of hemorrhages from aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation or large cerebral blood vessel. The hemostatic agent is attached to pressure unit by means of microcatheter. The microcatheter has lateral hole. The lateral hole is position in the middle of the hemostatic agent free surface. Free microcatheter ends are clamped with fixing members in tension state. The hemostatic agent is pressed against the bleeding place by means of pressure unit to stop bleeding. Adhesion effect between the hemostatic agent and blood vessel is increased by delivering biological glue through microcatheter to the hemostatic agent surface facing the vascular defect. The microcatheter is removed by detaching the pressure unit from the hemostatic agent. EFFECT: reliable attachment of the hemostatic agent to the vascular rupture place.
