FIELD: drug transport control. SUBSTANCE: invention provides membrane containing siloxane-based elastomer composition with at least one elastomer and optionally non-cross- linked polymer, said composition containing polyoxyalkylene groups, which are present in elastomer or polymer either as components grafted to polysiloxane units or as blocks, said grafted components or blocks being linked to polysiloxane units by silicon-carbon bonds, or still as mixture of indicated forms. Invention also provides method for preparing above-indicated elastomer composition.
