FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for adjusting of medicinal drug penetration for prolonged time through siloxane-based elastomer involves dispersing medicinal drug in siloxane-based elastomer for forming matrix or enclosing medicinal drug as nucleus into membrane including siloxane-based elastomer. Elastomer comprises 3,3,3-trifluoropropyl groups connected to Si-atoms of siloxane links, with at least 1% to 50% of substitutes connected to Si-atoms in siloxane links being 3,3,3-trifluoropropyl groups. Elastomer is produced from mixture comprising a) siloxane-based polymer non-substituted with fluorine and b) fluorine-substituted siloxane-based polymer, above mentioned polymer comprising 3,3,3-trifluoropropyl groups connected to Si-atoms of siloxane links, or ii) single siloxane-based polymer including 3,3,3-trifluoropropyl groups connected to Si-atoms of siloxane links, where above mentioned polymer or mixture of polymers are bound to result in production of elastomer.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in producing of elastomer, through which medicinal drug penetrates at required rate and which imparts required mechanical properties to membrane.
