FIELD: plastic metal working, namely cold straightening of hollow axially symmetrical thin wall parts, possibly manufacture of vessel envelopes operating under inner pressure in different branches of national economy. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of rolling out hollow axially symmetrical parts by rolls at applying tension efforts to wall for rotary drawing; fitting part onto mandrel with gap no less than 0.02 of part diameter; centering it on end portions and deforming at deformation rate consisting 0.5 -2.0% by means of rolls with width of calibrating zone no less than 8 mm and at feed no less than 3 mm per one revolution. Such method provides lowered number of curvature rejected parts by 15 -20 % without using special equipment for straightening. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of straightening hollow axially symmetrical parts, enlarged manufacturing possibilities of equipment. 2 dwg, 1 ex
