Abstract RU 2295416 C1

FIELD: plastic metal working, namely manufacture of axially symmetrical pressure vessels.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of quenching, tempering, cold plastic deformation by rotary drawing for two passes, low-temperature annealing; using constructional complex-alloy steel and realizing quenching step from temperature 910 - 950°C at cooling in water or in air; tempering at temperature 560 - 580°C for obtaining sorbite structure. Drawing is realized without intermediate annealing with total deformation degree 70 - 80% at strengthening 1.5 - 2.5 MPa for each percent of deformation.

EFFECT: improved quality of vessels, lowered labor consumption for making them.
