FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of building materials, articles and building constructions, namely polystyrene concrete foam designated for its using in building as wall and heat-insulating material. Method of preparing polystyrene concrete foam from cement, water, foam and polystyrene foam granules involves addition of 0.1-0.3 m³ of foam/1 m³ of concrete to the prepared cement solution firstly and mixture is stirred for 0.5-5 min followed by addition of polystyrene foam granules taken in the amount 0.2-0.6 m³/1 m³ of concrete and mixture is stirred for 0.5-5 min, then foam taken in the amount 0.3-0.1 m³/1 m³ of concrete is added and mixture is stirred for 0.5-5 min.
