FIELD: meteorology; active action on super-cooled clouds and fogs.

SUBSTANCE: proposed ice-generating propellant contains silver iodide, ammonium perchlorate, inert plasticizing agent or mixture of plasticizing agent with combustion rate catalyst. Propellant contains oligomer used as binder and hardened by low-molecular rubber СКД-КТР. Propellant also contains biurea used as coolant. Compound contains the following components, mass-%: oligomer, 6.7-7.2; low-molecular rubber СКД-КТР, 3.0-3.5; inert plasticizing agent, 0.8-6.3; plasticizing agent- combustion rate catalyst, 0.5-6.0; biurea, 6.0-7.5; silver iodide, 4.0; the remainder being ammonium perchlorate. Such composition of ice-generating propellant makes it possible to perform two functions simultaneously: generator of active centers of crystallization of super-cooled clouds and source of energy for motion of anti-hail rocket.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
