FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to magnetic alloys. Alloy iron-cobalt comprises the following components, wt.%: 35% ≤ Co ≤ 55%; 0.5% ≤ V ≤ 2.5%; 0.02% ≤ Ta + 2 x Nb < 0.2%; 0.0007% ≤ B ≤ 0.007%; C ≤ 0.05%; iron and impurities formed in preparing, the balance. The proposed alloy iron-cobalt shows ductility, good magnetic properties and improved mechanical indices. EFFECT: enhanced properties of alloy. 8 cl, 5 tbl, 1 ex
