FIELD: road building. SUBSTANCE: pavement includes crack eliminating layer made in form of underprimer based on complex organic binder containing block copolymer of styrene-butadiene- styrene type, protective layer and load-bearing layer made of polymer asphalt concrete based on complex organic binder containing block-copolymer of styrene-butadiene-styrene type, all layers being laid one after the other. Complex organic binder used in crack eliminating layer and load-bearing layer has brittleness temperature equal to minimum temperature in coldest hours of day in region of operation of said pavement and elasticity index at 0 C not lower than 70%. Pavement is additionally provided with protective layer between crack eliminating layer and load-bearing layer. Invention increases resistance of pavement to shift and stretching deformation efforts caused by ambient temperature variations. EFFECT: increased service life of pavement. 5 cl, 3 ex
