FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to materials used in making roads, and specifically to binder materials for making and repairing road surfaces. The invention relates to binder (polymer-tar-asphaltite binder) for road surfaces which contains a block-copolymer of alkadiene and styrene and industrial oil, and is distinguished by that it also contains tar with relative viscosity RV580=60-160 s and oxidised asphaltite with melting point Tmelt=75-85°C, with the following ratio of components in wt %: tar with relative viscosity RV580=60-160 s 38.0-65.0; oxidised asphaltite with melting point Tmelt=75-85°C 20.0-42.0; industrial oil 10.0-15.0; block-copolymer of alkadiene and styrene 3.5-5.0.

EFFECT: cheaper binder due to replacement of bitumen with a mixture of tar and oxidised asphaltite, composition of the binder for making and repairing road surfaces meets all GOST R 52056-2003 requirements for road binder materials.
