FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to radionuclide diagnostics, and can be used for non-invasive diagnostics of microvascular dysfunction in patients with dyslipidemia and non-obstructive atherosclerotic lesions of the coronary arteries. Dynamic single photon emission computed tomography of the myocardium is performed with 99mTc-MIBI. Quantitative indicators of global myocardial blood flow (MC) are determined during stress-induced hyperemia (ml/min/g) and in a state of functional rest (ml/min/g), and their ratio is calculated - global coronary reserve. When the value of the global coronary reserve is less than and equal to 2.08, microvascular dysfunction is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method provides increased efficiency of early diagnosis of microvascular dysfunction in patients with dyslipidemia and non-obstructive atherosclerotic lesions of the coronary arteries by determining the global coronary reserve.
