FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: methotrexate is administrated into mass of keloid scar in the dose 10 mg per 10 cm2 but not above 20 mg per all scar. In 7- 10 days surgery keloplasty is carried out with preliminary ischemia of tissue. After keloplasty intracutaneous seams are applied. Beginning from the first after operation methotrexate is taken orally in the dose 2.5 mg per a day up to the total dose 12.5 mg. Method ensures to prevent the repeated scars formation.
