FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for treatment of patients with skin melanoma of II-III stage. Method lies in surgical intervention with formation of skin-fascial flap. For this purpose by means of lenses-shaped or circular cut in commonly accepted boundaries, formed is petal skin-fascial flap on feeding pedicle, located on the side opposite to main direction of regional metastasis, with melanoma located in the centre. Under flap, placed is sterile polyethylene film to prevent contact metastasis. Flap is orthotopically sewn in with interrupted sutures. After that during 14 days, by dosed dissection of feeding pedicle, induced is gradually increasing ischemia of flap resulting in necrosis, and 2 weeks after that flap is ablated and defect is covered by means of one of the existing methods of plasty.
EFFECT: application of invention allows to increase duration and improve quality of patients' life, prevent contact metastasis.
