SUBSTANCE: invention characterizes preparations for sustained delivery comprising water-insoluble complex of peptide compound (for example, peptide, polypeptide, protein, peptide mimetic agent and so on) and macromolecule-carrier. Compositions ensure to charge small volume of peptide compound of high concentration that provides prolonged delivery of pharmaceutically active peptide compound, for example, for one month after administration of complex. Complexes can be crushed or ground up to finely milled powder. In powder-like state complexes form stable aqueous suspensions and dispersions useful for injection. In preferable variant of realization the complex compound is presented by LHRH analogue, preferably LHRH antagonist, and macromolecule-carrier is an anionic polymer, preferably, carboxymethylcellulose. Invention describes also methods for preparing complexes corresponding to invention and methods of using complexes containing LHRH analogues for treatment of states treating with LHRH analogues.
