FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: syringe has piston composed of disk and retainer, which are bound with springs, and injection needle with adapter equipped with upper, intermediate and lower restrictors. Spring-loaded shutter positioned outside casing has head arranged for cutting-off through channel of casing tip. In the process of performing injection, restrictors are inserted into retainer receptacle, and during retraction of piston, injection needle is drawn into syringe casing while changing its orientation, with tip through channel being cut-off by spring-loaded shutter head. EFFECT: increased efficiency by preventing repeated employment of used needle and, according, occasional infecting of personnel. 9 dwg
