FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: syringe has tip, hollow insert fixed on tip and contacting with tip, and injection needle adapter. Inner surface of insert and its end are provided with channels, whose one ends are communicated with atmosphere and other ends are closed with tip head. Annular weakened portion is provided on tip and bead is provided on inner surface of adapter and designed for engagement with insert slot. Upon removal of injection needle tip is broken along annular weakened portion and injection needle and adapter are separated from casing together with insert. Such construction prevents injection needle from repeated mounting on other syringe. When injection needle separated in such a manner is put onto tip broken along weakened portion, cavity under piston becomes communicated with atmosphere via channels to make it impossible to utilize injection needle. EFFECT: increased efficiency by preventing patients from infection by used injection needle. 8 dwg
