FIELD: medicinal equipment. SUBSTANCE: syringe has piston, cutting closure put onto piston by means of flexible plate and provided with knife. During injection of medicinal preparation, knife opens tip of casing and injection needle adapter in zone of arrangement of longitudinal grooves formed in said tip and needle adapter, respectively. Knife is provided with stop, which blocks slot formed in the process of cutting. Part of cutting closure knife extending outside is closed with protective housing of adapter to prevent user's finger from cutting. Syringe of such construction is used for single injection of medicinal preparations. EFFECT: increased efficiency and provision for eliminating probability of infecting patients due to preventing injection needle from repeated employment. 2 cl, 11 dwg
