FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out rational psychotherapy, building pseudorima vocalis and making voice training exercises. Magnetic therapy is additionally administered using variable magnetic field apparatus giving no heat radiation with magnetic field penetration to 7-8 cm in applying cylindrical magnetic inductors of 8 cm diameter. The inductors are set on anterolateral surface in cervical area on both sides of median line with different poles facing each other centered in the recurrent nerve entrance point for 10 min. The total course is 10 procedures long. Sinusoid magnetic field is applied in continuous mode during the first five procedures. The following five procedures are given with pulsating magnetic field in pulsating mode with 17.5 mTesla units large magnetic density. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
