FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-rise building electrically driven cable traction elevators. Proposed system comprises cable drive, bed attached to building at the level of overstory, self-contained power supplies, control boards, cabins driven by traction cables on building outer side in cable guides, and stop platforms. All said stop platforms are equipped with carriage and cabin retaining system at stops. Cabins are suspended from traction cable strands via carriage and features bidirectional travel with stop at one top platform while another cabin stops at zero-mark bottom platform. Cable drive is composed of looped traction drive to run over multi-groove friction pulley fitted at bottom stop platform and tension system mounted at like platform on building opposite side.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and safety.
