FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: polydiorganosiloxane free from nitrogen, with end hydroxyl groups bound with silicon, has molar weight of at least 750. At least 50% of organic substituents in polydiorganosiloxane are methyl radicals and other organic substituents are monovalent hydrocarbons with 2-30 atoms of carbon in the form of aqueous emulsion used as admixture to fabric plasticizer composition. Said composition comprises quaternary ammonium compound and polydiorganosiloxane free of nitrogen and having end hydroxyl groups. Fabric treated with said composition has surface pleasant to the touch and is characterized in good repeated wettability. Said composition is readily biologically degraded.
