FIELD: demercurization processes; receiving, temporary storage, transportation and delivery of solid mercury-containing wastes, mercury-vapor lamps in particular to demercurization plant. SUBSTANCE: receiving container has housing with loading hatch hermetically closed with cover and taper base. Unloading branch pipe is fitted at cone vertex. Spring-loaded rod mounted along axis of housing runs through sealing gland unit and guide tube. Rod is provided with handle and is connected with plate supported by edges of hole of taper base. Mounted on the outside of housing are: connecting flange, supports, sling hooks and pipe union with plug. EFFECT: simplified construction; ease in maintenance; safe storage. 1 dwg
