SUBSTANCE: film evaporator has housing with heated jacket, starting liquid supply unit and secondary vapor and concentrate discharge pipe unions, rotor with blades secured on it over entire length; rotor is connected with drive; blades secured on rotor are mounted at even clearance relative to heating surface; rotor is connected with high-speed drive; starting liquid supply unit is made in form of circular cavity with passages smooth distributed over distributor and inclined relative to axis of rotation in way of rotation.
