FIELD: production of chemical filaments and films. SUBSTANCE: method involves solving cellulose in mixture of monohydrate of N-methyl morpholine-N-oxide with 0.5-2.0% polyethylene imine or albumin, with said mixture being preliminarily heated to temperature of up to 75-95 C. Method allows cellulose concentration in solution to be increased and simultaneously viscosity to be reduced. EFFECT: increased strength of filaments produced from cellulose solution and wider range of products manufactured from such filaments. 1 tbl
