FIELD: medicine, neonatology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with preclinical diagnostics of bacterial infectious diseases in neonatals. For this purpose neonatals should be studied for the presence of DNA eubacteria in blood leucocytes due to polymerase chain reaction by using diagnostic primers specific to 16S rDNA and 23S rDNA eubacterial sites, moreover, one should predict development of bacterial infectious process. Availability of DNA eubacteria in blood leucocytes indicates the possibility for bacterial infection development that enables to prescribe pathogenic therapy and increase survival rate in patients and shorten therapy terms. EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics. 1 cl, 3 ex, 2 tbl
