FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has control unit, laser generator positioned in casing, and scanning device provided with mirror, which is driven by electric drive. Scanning device is additionally provided with drive composed of immovable sleeve with opening, platform, post with two parallel shafts, two sheaves, member for transmitting rotation of one of pole shafts. Platform is mounted on sleeve for rotation from electric drive. Pole is rigidly fixed on platform in position perpendicular thereto. Pole shafts are mounted on platform through bearings in parallel with platform surface. Sheaves are fixed on pole shafts and connected with one another through belt transmission. Member for transmitting rotation of one pole shaft is kinematically connected to surface of immovable sleeve. Mirror is rigidly fixed on one shaft so that its surface is extending in parallel with this shaft and intersects with emitter optical axis. Drive of such construction allows mirror to be rotated in two mutually perpendicular planes and reflected light beam to scan space in two directions.
