FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, equipment for baker's shops and plants. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has feeding hopper and pipeline communicated therewith, flexible spiral extending through feeding hopper and pipeline and connected with its one end to drive shaft made in the form of screw arranged in lower part of hopper inside flexible spiral. Screw is positioned so that its free end is inserted into pipeline for distance of at least half the pitch of flexible spiral coil. Screw coil pitch is equal to spiral coil pitch. Outer diameter of coils is lesser than or equal to inner diameter of flexible spiral. Ratio of inner diameter (din, mm) of screw coils and thickness (h,mm) of flexible spiral is h/2 ≤ din ≤ 3h. Apparatus may be used in other branches of industry for supplying different bulk materials. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in transporting material, in particular, on vertical parts of path, reduced caving and circulation of product, and increased efficiency in transporting material. 1 dwg
