FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has hopper, pipeline communicated with hopper, flexible main transportation spiral extending through hopper and pipeline and connected to drive. Spiral internal surface is provided with individual portions of additional spiral positioned on inclined and vertical parts of pipeline. Individual portions of additional spiral are inclined in product advancement direction with respect to portions of main spiral, which are joined therewith. Apparatus may be used for feeding flour by means of screw conveyor to dough kneading machine and may be also used in other branches of industry for feeding various bulk materials. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in transporting material, in particular, on vertical parts of path, reduced caving and product circulation, and wider operational capabilities. 4 dwg
