FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has ring-shaped yoke with holders having radially and circumferentially movable spatulas set thereon. The spatulas are rotatable about the axis parallel to yoke plane. The device additionally has slider members, pushers, holders joined with the ring-shaped yoke by means of sliders and having rod and straight line guide member. The device also has bar threaded on external surface. The thread is cut with two parallel longitudinal planes and the bar is mounted in rectangular slider opening to allow movements along it and yoke plane. Spatulas rotatable in groove are mounted on holder guide members inside of the ring- shaped yoke, the groove being made on holder far from the holder bar at the guide member end. The pushers are mounted so that their orientation and movability in longitudinal holders bar groove are maintained. They have bar with threaded end and clamp having groove for receiving spatula and allowing its rotation. Spatula is L-shaped. The short part of the spatula serves as restrictor of movement along holder guide member. Holder guide member pusher clamp have surface for restricting spatula rotation and providing its fixation. Sliders have groove enveloping the ring-shaped yoke from outside allowing slider movement together with the holder along yoke circumference allowing fixation at any position on the yoke by means of stopper screws mounted on sliders which ends thrust against ring-shaped groove bottom on the yoke. Nuts having ring-shaped protrusion placed in T-shaped groove of sliders are engageable in threaded connection with holder bars. Nuts having T- shaped groove enveloping ring-shaped protrusion on the holder bar end are placed on the threaded ends of pusher bars.
