FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in open endosurgery with minimal size of operation field, in particular, in various vascular operations with access length to 5 cm. Retractor device includes frame and replaceable retractors, which are installed on frame. On upper surface of frame rigidly fixed are, at least, two groups of mushroom-shaped pins. Pins are, in fact, evenly distributed on frame perimetre. Each of retractors is made in form of L-shaped blade. In horizontal flat part of blade made are a hole with a slot and two lateral hollows. Slot is directed towards the side opposite to bent part of blade. Location of said holes and hollows, their shape and size are made with possibility of passing through them caps of group of pins and superposition in such a way that retractor shovel faces the frame inside.

EFFECT: stable position of retractors during operation and possibility of operative changing directions of stretching operation wound edges without re-installation of entire retractor device.
