FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making skin cut from iliac crest middle to posterosuperior spine, continuing it downwards and forwards and then along the posterior femur edge. Autograft on musculoperiosteal pedicle is cut out from the posterior area of iliac crest. After cutting the greater trochanter downward in frontal plane and mobilizing the frontal half of it, their tops are joined together and the inferior end is introduced into the groove continued from the cotyloid cavity from down to top and inward in the iliac bone body. One crest autograft is attached to the femoral graft from behind and sutured. The second crest autograft on pedicle is vertically set onto the posterior half of the proximal femur end, its lower end being introduced into the prepared nest and its upper end gives support to the anterior half of the greater trochanter that forms new femur head and neck of required thickness. Thickness is restored at the place the femur autograft has been taken from. Extremity lengths are adjusted equal. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 5 dwg
