FIELD: medicine; traumatic surgery.
SUBSTANCE: set of structures for realization of the method has synthetic mesh made of resolving material for wrapping neck of hip, diaphisar plate-washer with vertical and horizontal parts and bracelets for embracing hip bone. Bracelets for embracing hip bone have movable connection of its halves; they are provided with openings for wood screws for ends of bracelets. Diaphisar plate-washer is made with side openings for sharp-ended rods with screwed cut for pelvic and sciatic bones and with openings for wood screws for hip bone. Plate-washer is also made in horizontal part with sharpened ends for penetrating iliac bone; its vertical part has side openings for wood screws for ends of mentioned bracelets. Bracelets are fixed against vertical part of diaphisar plate-washer. According to method, neck of hip bone is wrapped with synthetic mesh made of synthetic material; ends of mesh are stitched above neck. Diaphisar plate-washer is applied onto external surface of hip bone through elongated cut by means of sharpened rods. Then washer is introduced in body of iliac bone above head of hip bone and above head of the femur. Vertical part of plate-washer is fixed to bone by means of wood screws. Fractures of proximal ring are embraced by bracelets and their ends are fixed against diaphisar plate-washer.
EFFECT: elimination of alien bodies in cavity of joint; restoration of shape and function of hip joint.
