FIELD: medicine, in particular, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: connection has adjustment rod made in the form of truncated pyramid and casing manufactured from forging aluminum alloy and provided with convex spherical base. Mated part of casing has convex spherical base with four threaded openings for fixing adjustment rod by means of steel screws. Mated part has four steel coil springs of rhombic section, which are inserted into respective openings of said casing part and sealed by means of sealant to provide for resilient yield of thread. EFFECT: reduced weight of lower limb prosthesis, simplified construction and manufacture process, reliable fixation of adjusting rod by means of four screws. 1 dwg
