FIELD: medicine, rehabilitation. SUBSTANCE: it is suggested to perform complex of physical exercises including both dynamic and static ones. Each dynamic exercise is based upon rhythmically repeating movements performed synchronously with respiration. Each static exercise is based upon posture maintenance. Each physical exercise should be performed till overcoming discomfort feelings. Rehabilitation method in patients with addiction syndrome of psychoactive substances and patients with emotion- affective disorders consists of three stages. The first stage should be carried out for 15-40 d under hospital conditions by performing daily exercises including complex of physical ones, 2-5 times daily and carrying out either individual and/or group psychotherapy. The second stage is conducted for 30-60 d under dispensary conditions by performing exercises 3-5 times weekly, and the third stage is carried out for, at least, one and a half year by performing mentioned exercises 1-3 times weekly.
