FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to rehabilitation medicine, psychotherapy, psychosomatics. Influence on organism at group sessions is carried out in three stages. At the first stage rational psychotherapy is carried out, patients are informed about anatomical and physiological peculiarities of organism, influence of stress on organism, mechanisms of disease process formation in organism and ways of organism rehabilitation. At the second stage promotional and cognitive therapy, based on therapy by creative expression is carried out. At the third stage body-oriented therapy by development of introspection skills of body sensations is carried out, carried meditative, body and breathing exercises are performed.
EFFECT: method allows to achieve activation of organism adaptation abilities, increase efficiency and reduce of treatment terms in patients with severe somatic diseases, with limited physical activity.
