FIELD: preventative medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to restore the physical and psycho-emotional state after the coronavirus infection COVID-19. The course includes 20 lessons conducted with patients in a hospital, two lessons a day. At the first lesson, information and explanatory work is carried out. On the second lesson on the first day of classes, breathing exercises with elements of full breathing are carried out. In the first half of the day on the second, fourth, sixth, eighth and tenth days a complex for physical rehabilitation is conducted, which includes the implementation of three consecutive sets of exercises at each lesson, including breathing exercises with elements of full breathing, a stretching complex, a relaxation complex. Three hours after that, only breathing exercises with elements of full breathing are carried out. On the third, fifth, seventh and ninth days in the morning exercises for psycho-emotional rehabilitation are performed based on the approach of EMCG and neuro-technics of Wingwave coaching. Three hours after that, only breathing exercises with elements of full breathing are carried out.
EFFECT: expanding the functionality of methods for restoring the physical and psycho-emotional state of patients after the coronavirus infection COVID-19 and reducing the psycho-emotional response and the number of panic attacks.
