FIELD: cosmetology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of elevation of resistance to UV-radiation of photosensitive solar filters and inclusion of these filters to photostabilizing material prepared by using method sol-gel from silicon alkoxide and surface-active substance. Invention relates also to light- -sensitive material prepared with using method sol-gel from silicon alkoxide and non-ionogenic surface-active substance and to cosmetic and/or dermatological composition comprising effective amount of light-resistant material in acceptable carrier. This cosmetic and/or dermatological composition is designated mainly for protection of skin and/or keratin materials against ultraviolet radiation and it exhibits the enhanced resistance against UV-radiation.
