SUBSTANCE: dielectric coat for stainless steel parts contains the following components, mas.%: silicon oxide, 29.5-38.7; lithium oxide, 0.5-1.5; sodium oxide, 2.0-9.0; potassium oxide, 9.0-15.0; barium oxide, 15.0-22.0; boron oxide, 9.0-13.0; calcium oxide, 1.5-7.0; strontium oxide, 4.0-10.0; cadmium oxide, 2.0-8.0; cobalt oxide, 0.1-1.0; nickel oxide, 0.1-1.0 and manganese oxide, 0.1-1.0. Said coat possesses the following properties: temperature of beginning of softening, 495-505 C; dielectric permeability, 7.1-7.8; thermal expansion coefficient, 132-139 10-7 1/deg.; electric strength, 27-33 kW/mm and tangent of dielectric loss angle, 0.001-0.002.
