FIELD: methods of production of silicates.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods of production of silicates, in particular, to electrical insulating enamels, and is intended for an insulating coating of the stainless steel base sheets, in particular, - electrodes of the ozone generators. The electrical insulating enamel has the following composition (in mass %):SiO2 - 25-35, SrO - 3-8, CoO - 0.5-1, NiO - 0.5-1,Na2O - 1-4,K2O - 3-5,Bi2O3 - 3-18, CuO - 0.2-1,Sb2O3 - 1-3,V2O5 -1-6, CaO - 4-7, CdO - 4-7, BaO - the rest. The technical result of the invention is a decrease of the coating temperature to 650-680°C and an increase of the temperature coefficient of linear expansion up to 156 ·10-7 l/°C.
EFFECT: the invention ensures a decrease of the coating temperature to 650-680°С and an increase of the temperature coefficient of linear expansion up to 156 ·10-7 l/°C.
