FIELD: medicine, biochemistry, hormones. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analogues of human parathyroid hormone eliciting activity in bone recovery. Described peptides are derivatives of hPTH-(1-31) that are cyclized, for example, by lactams formation either between Glu22 and Lys26 or between Lys26 and Asp30. Except for, the natural Lys27 can be substituted with either Leu or other hydrophobic residues, for example, Ile, norleucine, Met, Val, Ala, Trp or Phe. Analogues elicit the enhanced activity in bone recovery by stimulation of adenylate cyclase activity and show the enhanced biological availability.
