FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of synthesis of polydienes. Method provides synthesis of (co)polymer with controlled microstructure and high physical-mechanical properties. (Co)polymerization of conjugated dienes is carried out in hydrocarbon solvent in the presence of catalytic complex based on lanthanide compound. Reaction involves successive interaction of solutions of organoaluminium compound, conjugated diene and lanthanide compound followed by activation of prepared complex by feeding diisobutylaluminium hydride and interaction with halogen source, feeding prepared catalytic complex to solution of monomers in hydrocarbon solvent medium where organoaluminium compound and, additionally, diisobutylaluminium hydride are added. Invention relates also to (co)polymer with narrow molecular-mass distribution. Invention can be used in synthetic rubber industry. Invention provides enhancement of conversion of monomers, short time of process, utilization of hydrocarbon-soluble catalyst by the process. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis. 5 cl, 2 tbl, 20 ex
