SUBSTANCE: invention involves reacting hydrocarbon solutions of a compound of lanthanide A, conjugated diene B and organoaluminium C at molar ratio A:B:C equal to 1:[5-100]:[5-40] for 5-120 minutes, further addition of hydrocarbon solutions of a source of halogen E, alkylalumoxane D and catalyst activation by addition into a hydrocarbon solvent, of a complex of organoaluminium C and a Lewis base F with overall molar ratio of components A:B:C:D (in terms of aluminium): E:F equal to 1:[5-100]:[20-100]:[1-100]:[0.3-6]:[0.1-100].
EFFECT: design of a method of producing catalyst with high activity and stereoselectivity during polymerisation and copolymerisation of conjugated dienes.
