SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method for feeding electrode systems of hyperbolic mass spectrometer periodic constant-component high-frequency signal is applied to analyzer electrodes. Parameters of this signal, that is amplitude, or constant component, or frequency, or on-off time ratio are periodically varied with period multiple of high-frequency signal period either separately, or in various combinations.
