FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method for preparation of nutritious mixture for intraintestinal tube feeding involves introduction of enzyme and vitamin additives after grinding of protein, fat and carbohydrate components, their mixing with water and mineral additive and heating in the process of homogenization. In the composition of vitamin additive used is a preparation produced by successive extraction of biomass of Mortierella bainieri micromycete by nonpolar extracting agent under above- critical state by water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water. Then the first extract is combined with solid residue. After that, mixture is dried without oxygen access and reduced by water before using. EFFECT: increased quality due to exclusion of syneresis of fats during process of storage life and stratification of mixture after its reduction.
