FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out superficial rectangular scleral flap to transparent cornea layers. The flap is turned to limb with its base. Triangular flap is produced from cornea middle layer within the formed bed. Corneoscleral strip comprising external wall of Schlemm's canal and peripheral layers of corneal stroma with limbic edge of Descemet membrane without opening the anterior chamber. Three or more spreader implants produced from autotissue are introduced as a whole into the Schlemm's canal lumen all over its circumference. Length, width and thickness of the spreader implants is not to exceed 1/2-11/2 of Schlemm's canal width.
EFFECT: restored intraocular fluid discharge via natural draining paths; prevented functional block of Schlemm's canal.
