FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves additionally administering 100-200 ml of 10% albumin solution or 200-300 ml of protein and 4% potassium chloride solution in 400-5000 ml of 10% glucose solution. 90-140 mg of Hydrocortisone or 20-40 mg of intramuscular Prednisolone are administered 25-30 min before performing surgical intervention. The treatment is continued every 6 h during the day after the surgical intervention. The supporting anesthesia comprises intravenous dropping Dalagin infusion at total dose of 3-5 mg during the whole surgical intervention that is to be stopped 15-40 min before operation end. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; complete blockage of nociceptive impulses from surgical intervention zone; early recovery after surgical intervention. 3 cl _
