FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying premedication, central vein catheterization, intravenously injecting anesthetic. Trachea intubation, artificial lung ventilation, supportive anesthesia, epidural space puncture at the level of L1-L4 and catheterization with catheter tip positioned at the level of Th10-L2 are carried out. Anesthesia begins with 15-25 ml of local anesthetic preparation on the base of 2% lidocaine hydrochloride solution combined with 2% articaine hydrochloride solution or 2.5% trimecaine hydrochloride solution. The mixture contains 1.8-6.7 vol.% of 1% morphine solution or 2% promedol solution and 0.00034 -0.00042 vol.% adrenaline (in 1: 200000 dilution). Final premedication is carried out in 15-30 min with 0.1% atropine intravenously administered at a dose of 0.008-0.012 mg/kg. 5-10 ml of isotonic emulsion containing 10 mg/ml of propofol is intravenously dripped during 15-20 min. Supportive anesthesia is carried out by intravenously dripping composition containing isotonic emulsion with 10 mg/ml of propofol solved in 5% glucose solution at a dose of 4-12 mg/kg and administering 2% lidocaine hydrochloride solution, 2% articaine hydrochloride solution or 2.5% trimecaine hydrochloride solution into epidural space every 40-80 min at a dose of 4-6 ml. The composition of 2% lidocaine hydrochloride solution 2% articaine hydrochloride solution or 2.5% trimecaine hydrochloride solution can include 1.8-3.4 vol.% of 1% morphine hydrochloride solution or 4.0-6.7 vol.% of 2% promedol solution. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated anastomosis adhesion; stable hemodynamic state. 2 cl
