FIELD: medicine, anesthesiology. SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to carry out preoperational infusion preparation of a patient by intravenous injecting by drops the crystalloid and colloid solutions, during premedication 40-60 min before an introductory anesthesia it is necessary to intramuscularly inject midazolam at the dosage of 0.025-0.11 mg/kg; anesthesia is carried out including epidural anesthesia at Th9-Th12 level by a bolus introduction of local anesthetics with narcotic analgetics along intravenous injection of midazolam at the dosage of 0.025-0.15 mg/kg/h and a bolus introduction of ketamine at the dosage of 0.07-0.12 mg/kg/h, moreover, ketamine intake should be stopped 40- 60 min earlier, midazolam intake - 10-15 min before the end of operation; on finishing the operation anexate is introduced till the signs of consciousness in a patient. The present method increases controllability for anesthesia, provides earlier activation of a patient at the background of progressing anesthesia and creates conditions for the vital activity of plastic component.
